Wedding
My daughter got married Saturday. Her fiance has a huge family, and so some of them came. Her cousins and their parents (my ex in-laws) came, and of course her brothers and their families and Dennis and I came. Here is a picture of her little family:
Sunday Dennis and I went to the San Diego Zoo. I’d never been there, and we took the bus tour. We got there in the morning and so the animals were somewhat active. We left at lunchtime when it started to get hot.
Today is catch-up day before I go back to work (at school).

What a beautiful girl and a good lookin family.
The Zoo sounds like a lot of fun I haven’t been for a long time. When the kids were little we went to zoos quite a bit but since they have grown up don’t go so often.

We love the zoo. For many years, we were members at the Philadelphia Zoo. We went so often, we developed a whole system and speed for seeing the zoo, something others who occasionally came with us found annoying. We’d be zipping along and they’d be lagging behind saying, “Wait, wait — that’s a giraffe!” It’s harder to get to the zoo now that we live 3 hrs away. Hope you and Dennis enjoyed it!
